Account and Registration
To create an account at ctk99, you need an active mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. Once registration is complete, you can access the platform right away. National ID details may be requested later during the identity verification (KYC) process, which helps confirm withdrawals.
Each player may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts violates ctk99's rules and may result in account suspension or bonus cancellation. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact the support team for help.
Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the ctk99 login page. A recovery code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use the code to set a new password. This process usually takes just a few minutes. If you run into any issues, reach out to support via live chat.
Yes, ctk99 is fully mobile-friendly. The website works perfectly in any modern smartphone browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet). There is no need to download a separate app — you can play all games, make deposits, and withdraw directly from your mobile browser.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms a player's identity and keeps the account secure. You will generally need to submit a photo of your national ID or passport. The ctk99 team typically completes verification within business days. If verification is not completed, large withdrawals may be delayed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits from bKash to ctk99 are generally instant — in most cases the amount appears in your account within a few seconds to two minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There may be a slight delay during peak server times — in that case, contact support with a screenshot of the payment.
Withdrawals from ctk99 are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are the fastest. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. If account verification is not yet complete, your first withdrawal may take a little longer.
ctk99 currently supports five payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all methods. Bank transfers may take a bit longer — mobile banking methods are the fastest.
ctk99 does not charge any additional processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply its own transfer charges — this depends on that operator's own policies. Bank transfers may also carry the bank's own charges.
Go to the cashier section of ctk99 and select "Deposit". Choose Nagad as the payment method. Follow the instructions provided and send the money to the specified number using the Nagad app or USSD code. After sending, save the transaction ID. The minimum amount is ৳500.
If a withdrawal is still in "Pending" status before processing has begun, cancellation may be possible in some cases. However, once it has been approved it can no longer be cancelled. For any withdrawal cancellation request, contact live chat support as soon as possible.
Games and How to Play
ctk99 offers betting on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) and all major cricket tournaments. Go to the Sports section, select Cricket, click on the match of your choice, pick a market (match winner, toss, run total, etc.), and set your stake. With live betting you can also place bets while a match is in progress.
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of total bets that a slot or casino game returns as winnings over the long term. It is a theoretical figure and individual sessions can produce different results. Games with a higher RTP are generally considered more favorable for players over the long term.
All games at ctk99 are provided by world-class game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe). These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every result completely random and unbiased. ctk99 is committed to ensuring fair play.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe. At the start of a round you set your stake. A plane then takes off and the multiplier keeps rising. You need to cash out before the plane "crashes" — if you cash out at the right moment, your stake is multiplied by that multiplier to determine your winnings.
Yes, ctk99 offers live betting on T20 World Cup, IPL, and other major cricket events. You can see odds changing over by over while a match is in progress and place bets in real time. A good internet connection is recommended for the best experience.
Bonuses and Promotions
When you open a new account and make your first deposit, ctk99 automatically gives you a 100% welcome bonus — up to ৳8,000. That means if you deposit ৳5,000, you get an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳10,000. No code is needed to claim the bonus.
A wagering requirement is the condition that states how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for ctk99's welcome bonus is 10x. That means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 (10 × 2,000) in bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
The ctk99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You move up to higher tiers automatically through regular play. Weekly cashback goes up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.
Most bonuses can be used on slots, live casino, and sports betting, but specific promotions may have restrictions on certain games or sections. Read the terms and conditions carefully for each offer. Contact the ctk99 support team for more details.
Yes, ctk99 runs reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions for regular players from time to time. Once you reach a higher VIP tier, you gain access to exclusive weekly cashback benefits. Check the promotions page regularly or ask support to stay up to date with the latest offers.
